Processing Times
All orders are processed according to our detailed manufacturing process. Here’s how it works:
- Design and Artist Review (0-3 days after the order): Our artists begin by thoroughly reviewing your pet’s features to ensure every essential detail is captured for your custom AmoreCrafts piece.
- Engraving and Quality Assurance (4-9 days after the order): Your AmoreCrafts piece is then engraved, polished, and packaged. This phase ensures that each item meets our high-quality standards.
- Shipping and Delivery (beyond 9 days after the order): Once your AmoreCrafts piece passes our quality checks, it takes about one day for the logistics carrier to pick up your order.
Overall, orders are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during peak periods, there may be slight delays.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages
