Returns
All products are made to order and customized specifically for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we can offer a free replacement or a refund if your request meets certain criteria:
- Damaged, defective upon arrival, or incorrect item
- Missing item
- Spelling or error in configuration, engraving, or design
- Materially different item from what was ordered
NOTE: Due to varying display and lighting effects on monitors, the actual color and size of the item may differ slightly from the visual image. Therefore, any return requests for this reason will not be considered.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at contact@amorecrafts.com for more information. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Our policy is valid for 7 days from the date of arrival. If 7 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Once you receive confirmation of your refund from our support team, it may take approximately 3 to 5 days to process your refund. After we have issued your refund, there may be a delay before the funds appear in your account balance (this depends on your financial institution). Refer to the table below for details.

NOTE: Refund times for prepaid cards depend on the card issuer. Refunds can take up to 30 days depending on the issuer's policy.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay (5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Cancel/Exchange an Order
Please contact our support team within 5 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation/exchange or to modify/update your order information.
After this period, any cancellation or exchange requests will not be accepted, and the item will be processed as usual.
Please note that a processing, handling, and transaction fee (1.5% of the total order value) will be applied for cancellations. Full refunds apply only to modified orders.
Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel the old orders and issue a full 100% refund.
