How to Care for My Jewelry
Our jewelry can last a lifetime with proper care.
- Store Safely: Always keep your jewelry securely to avoid twists and scratches.
- Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, chlorine, lotions, hairspray, cosmetics, and other chemicals, as these can affect its color or shine.
- Handle with Care: Be mindful when wearing chains; avoid snagging or pulling them.
- Remove During Activities: Take off your jewelry when bathing, exercising, doing household chores, or engaging in other activities to prevent bending, scratching, or loss.
- Clean Regularly: Oils from your skin can accumulate on silver, leading to oxidation. Gently wash your jewelry with warm water and dry it with a soft cloth.
- Keychains: Specifically, keychains are prone to scratching when kept in pockets with hard metals like keys. However, unless the scratches are very deep, they should not damage the photo engraving.
